Our Dedicated team is here to make your life easier

Our Approach

The Discovery Meeting
During our initial meeting, we have three objectives in mind. First, we want to clearly understand what matters most to you. This conversation would include knowing what your values and dreams are, attitudes about money, and past financial experiences, as well as both your current and future needs. Our second objective is for you to fully understand our philosophies and approach to Comprehensive Wealth Management. We will address all of your questions regarding our process, including how we are compensated. Our third and final objective is to mutually decide whether we would be a good fit for one another. If so, a second meeting is suggested and scheduled.

  • Most recent tax return

  • Any additional documents that would help us fully understand your situation
The Mutual Commitment Meeting
At this meeting, we will present our general diagnosis of your current financial situation and our recommendations for helping you bridge the gaps in order to reach your goals. Since we are looking for a life-long relationship, we encourage you to take the time necessary to be completely comfortable with our process prior to taking the next step. At this point, if you decide to engage our services, we will execute the documents necessary to put this process in motion.
What to bring:

  • Any missing information or documents discussed from the previous meeting
  • Any questions or concerns you have regarding our process
The Presentation Meeting
This is the next step in putting your financial house in order. Our goal is to put a strategy in place that will provide a clear and complete picture of even the most complex financial situations. We believe our process will ultimately simplify your life so that you can capture more of that precious commodity…time. We strongly encourage clients to ask questions and voice concerns at this time. Once the plan is finalized, we will then discuss the implementation steps and timelines.
45- Day Follow-Up Meeting
At this meeting, we will help you organize all paperwork in a personalized binder that we provided during our presentation meeting. We will also answer any questions you may have so that you understand exactly what is happening with your money.
What to bring:

  • All the new account paperwork that you will receive in the mail

Progress Meetings
These meetings, scheduled at intervals convenient to you, give us an opportunity to review any major changes in your personal or financial life since our last meeting, and determine if these changes necessitate adjustments to your plan. We will review your overall progress toward your long-term financial goals.
